Hello! My name is Stephanie - I'm the artist behind the creations at The Funky Tentacle. I started this journey with a large batch of crochet jellies at Electric Forest Festival 2011 and the rest is history!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the longevity of clothing, each article of clothing should be hand washed and hang dried to keep its truest form! All clothing is handmade with high quality fabric. Therefore, it should be treated with lots of care. It is extremely important to follow these instructions!
All crochet items should be spot cleaned and dried flat.
SHIPPING
I use USPS First Class shipping for all orders unless you contact me and decide you'd like to pay for Priority instead.
Ready to Ship (RTS) items are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase and take anywhere between 2-10 days for shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once it is shipped!
CUSTOM or Made to Order (MTO) items can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks for production and an additional 2-10 days for shipping. This is because I have to physically make the item! So please understand the time frame will be much longer when purchasing custom or MTO items.
RETURNS
I do not offer cash refunds on any of my creations! Please contact me if there are issues and I will find a solution.
CUSTOM ORDERS (Made To Order)

When contacting an artist to make a custom order for you, the artist has to set out and buy material + channel your vision + physically create the item. Custom orders always take more time/energy and cost more money to make. Therefore, they cost more money to purchase. Please expect that ordering anything custom will take at least 1-2 weeks for production alone.
Payments will always need to be made in full upfront for any custom order. This protects me as an artist from wasting my time if you decide you cannot purchase the item after it has already been made.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Anything in my shop that is not labeled in the title and description as "Made to Order" or "Custom" is already finished and ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days. Most items you see are Ready To Ship. Please also expect an additional 2-10 days for shipping (unless you contact me and pay for priority shipping instead of first class.)
